Schmayo adds a creamy, moist layer to all kinds of sandwiches, from avocado toast to bologna and burgers. Schmayo also repels moisture, keeping your sandwiches from getting too soggy.

Schmayo can make anything creamier — and healthier.
Schmayo can be mixed into all kinds of dishes instead of cream, mayo or sour cream. Blend into dressings like Russian, Ranch or Caesar, making them creamy and pourable. Whisk into cooking sauces, gravies and pan juices to quickly and easily thicken them.
Schmayo is the color of nature.
Foods that are super white are far removed from a natural state as they often have ultra processed ingredients that have been stripped of nutrients, color and flavor. Schmayo is made with sustainable, minimally processed ingredients like grains, seeds, vegetables and fruit so it has a light brown, golden, natural hue.
Schmayo stays better longer.
Mayos and most mayo alternatives generally have a shelf life of around one year. Since they are 70-80% oil, they have a high risk of spoiling, even in unopened containers. Schmayo has no oil, no fat at all per serving, and our manufacturing process ensures the longest, safest, shelf life.

Who are we to make such a claim? We are Dave's Friggin' Awesome, artisanal manufacturer of totally plant based, totally clean label sauce alternatives and condiment substitutes.
