Many condiments, especially mayonnaise and mayo substitutes, are chock full of ultra-processed ingredients like high fructose corn syrup, soybean oil and canola oil as well as all kinds of fillers, additives and preservatives. Even those products claiming to be "healthy."
These ingredients also make mayo a caloric, fatty, cholesterol bomb that has turned off many people who are trying to eat healthier.
So we decided to create a mayo alternative better than all the others. How did we do it?
First we did a nutritional and ingredient comparison of mayonnaises and mayonnaise-like products.
Next we analyzed and evaluated all the benefits and qualities of mayo.
And then... we created Schmayo!
